Delivery
Where postage is included, the item will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

However we will accept no liability for any losses, claims or damages arising with respect to any data that has not been deleted.
Returns
Returns Will be accepted up to 30 days in accordance with eBay returns rules.
All return items requests should be raised through the eBay returns centre and sent to Martin House Children's Hospice, Grove Road, Boston Spa, Wetherby, LS23 6TX.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is received at the above address in the same condition in which they received it.
If the item is 'faulty' or 'not as described' and you live in the UK, please open a return via eBay returns so we can provide a pre-paid return label.
If you are returning the item because you've changed your mind , please also raise a return request via eBay so the item can be tracked. WE WILL NOT COVER THE POSTAGE COSTS ON CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
